If you watched much of the dialogue with James Comey, FBI Director, and Congress last week you might remember the questions from Jason Chaffetz, (R-Utah), Chairman of the House Oversight Committee.
Chaffetz asked Comey if the FBI investigated Hillary for perjury in her statements to Congress in October of last year. He said they had not. When asked why they had not he replied that Congress had never made a referral to the FBI on the matter.Well, they have now.
In theory this could be the shortest investigation on record. Comey has already said, on the record, that Hillary lied like a rug. It is a crime to lie to Congress (which is kind of ironic, but it is still a crime). It also came out during the Comey dialogue that she passed classified material to at least twelve people that they know of who did not have clearance to have or view the material. Anybody give a shit about that?
So, it is possible that Hillary could in fact be indicted and charged with felony perjury for he bald-faced lies in front of Congress. Anybody think it is likely to actually happen?
EDITOR’S NOTE: A poll shows that 56 percent of all those polled believe that Hillary should have been indicted over her private email server, but half of those will vote for her nevertheless. So, why would this indictment, if it happens, make any difference?

In all fairness, at this time I think it is unclear if they are preparing to vote for Hillary or against Trump.
