It Tends To Hit Harder Where There Are Concentrations Of Sick, Old People

The Redwood Springs Health Care Center in Visalia, CA may be shut down by the state. A total of 106 of it's residents and 50 staff have tested positive for the virus and ten of them have died from it. It is possible the state may shut it down and evacuate the residents to other facilities, though that might just spread the bug around even more.
Sometimes in real life there are no good answers.
