The
newest proposal would, if passed into law, ban the use of single-use
tobacco and cannabis smoking "devices" such as vape pods and cigarette
filters. Some members of the legislature think they are bad for you and
don't like the trash potential.
I guess you will have to go back to smoking unfiltered Camels (or joints) and field-stripping the butts.
It is hard to be morally superior in California. They keep moving the goal posts.
