The Federal Bureau of Prisons
has just been jacked up for having insufficient cameras inside their
facilities and failing to maintain the ones that are there.

Joe has just signed a bill into law which REQUIRES the BOP to increase
camera coverage and quality and improve their maintenance program of the
cameras they do have. The feds seem to believe that this will prevent
people from being mean to other people while in prison. They may even
be right.
