Pamela Smart (seen in 1991) was convicted of conspiring with her teen lover, William 'Billy' Flynn, to kill her 24-year-old husband, Gregory Smart. Smart is serving a life without parole sentence
Billy Flynn has been in prison since 1991 because he was young, stupid and horny.
He
was seduced by Pamela Smart, 22 at the time, who was then a media
coordinator at the high school in Derry, New Hampshire. Billy was a
student there. Pamala wanted to get rid of her husband. Ms. Smart
admits to having seduced Billy, but denies she convinced him to murder
her husband. Billy and three buddies got together to off the husband,
Gregg Smart.. One of Billy's buddies, Pete Randall, held a knife to
Gregg Smart's throat while Billy shot him in the head.
Flynn
and Randall have recently released on parole, on Flynn's 41st birthday
as it happens. It was his first attempt for parole. The two other
participants have been out for some time.
Pamala is still a guest of the people, doing life without.
The incident sparked a novel, TO DIE FOR, and a movie starring Nicole Kidman.
