The federal womens correctional
facility at Dublin, CA. is being closed down the by Bureau of Prisons.
The cause is the culture of sexual contact, including sexual assault,
that has pretty much invaded all aspects of the prison operation. They
even nailed a warden in one of the previous probes.
Unfortunately
it seems that many of the men who worked at the prison did so for the
"opportunities" it afforded them. A number have been prosecuted. That
number is almost certain to go up.
