Joe Biden might be in deep kimchi in Ohio. The Ohio
Secretary of State, Frank Larose, warned the Democrat-Socialists that
state law requires that the ballot be certified not later than August 7
this year. The Democrap national convention is not until August 19th.
The
Democraps have offered to "provisionally certify" that Joe Biden and
Kamala Harris would be the ticket. However the A.G., Dave Yost, asserts
that that will not do the trick and also that Larose does NOT have the
legal authority to chance the cutoff as it is set by statute.
The
Ohio legislature COULD act to change the date. They have done so
before. They do, however, seem to be in no hurry to do it again. That
move would have to be made not later than May 9.
Alabama
and Washington are in a similar situation. The Biden campaign has
asserted that Joe will be on the ballot in all 50 states. They are a
little fuzzy on how they can guarantee that will in fact be the case.
