Man settles love triangle dispute Texas style
My pal Bob Walsh often writes about the frequent shootings in his hometown of Stockton. I believe it would be hard for Bob to top the shooting which took place in a Houston area SeriousCigars shop.
SeriousCigars has a shop in the Champions subdivision and claims to have the largest humidor in Houston, if not the entire state of Texas. On Tuesday night, in addition to the usual cigar smoke, there was also some gun smoke inside the shop.
A woman’s ex-husband and her new boyfriend got into a fight inside the cigar shop. One of the men left the shop only to return with a gun he had retrieved from his car. He shot the other man in the hand and side. The gunshot victim was airlifted to Memorial Hermann Hospital in critical condition. The shooter was busted at the scene by Harris County sheriff’s deputies.
I am sure by now the good folks at SeriousCigars have cleared the gun smoke out of their shop.
