A cop who was breaking up a fight in Lowell, MASS. got knifed three times by an 11-year old asshole who was seriously intent on stabbing another kid. The cop is believed to have been collateral damage.
The officer was injured on his arm and hand. The wounds required stitches, after which the cop was released from the hospital. The little bastard who stuck him is being charged in juvenile court for assault on an officer and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. The little bastard's mother calls it all "a big misunderstanding." The little bastard was ORd by the court.
Mommie is also threatening to sue the cops because they had the temerity to search her home "without her permission" after the little bastard charged out of that home with the knife to attempt to attack his intended victim, another child.
With luck the cop will sue her ass for failure to control the little bastard. Fuck her, her lawyer and the horse they rode in on.
