A naked man riding a transit train slaps a Houston co p and a Texas City commissioner veers off the road killing a father and son, both admitting they were under the influence of marijuana
Oh sure, pot is not harmful. A couple of busts might indicate otherwise.
Keith Dean, 49, is a homeless man from Kansas. On June 6 he was also a clotheless man. Dean was completely naked when he got on a Houston Metrorail train and started spraying passengers with a bug spray.
At the next stop, two Houston cops tried to take the bug sprayer away. An enraged Dean charged out of the train at the cops and slapped one of them hard in the face. It took two shots from a Taser to subdue the naked man. Dean then told the cops he had been smoking pot.
Dean has been charged with two counts of assault-bodily injury of a public servant. The cops have been commended for not kicking the shit out of the pothead.
Now to the other ‘Pot is not harmful’ case.
Dee Ann Haney, 54, is a Texas City commissioner, the equivalent of a city council member. Just after midnight Monday, Haney was driving in her pickup truck on I-45 near Galveston when she veered of the road and – bump, bump – she struck something. Those bumps were 59-year-old Van Duoc Le and his 33-year-old son Phue Hong, both of them being killed.
Haney, who is also a ‘safety coordinator’ at Texas A&M University at Galveston, told Galveston cops and DPS troopers she had been smoking pot.
The Texas City commissioner and university safety specialist has been charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter.
Let’s hear it again … Pot is not harmful.

More fake news. EVERYBODY knows pot is not harmful. Just ask any pothead. They will tell you, and they should know. (FOCUS, dude.)
