According
to a just-released toxicology report George Floyd had a "lethal" amount
of fentanyl and meth in his system at the time of his death. Assuming I
am understanding the talking heads right they are not asserting that
the drugs actually killed him, merely that they would have killed him.
Apparently this level of these drugs does bad things to the lungs, which
would have accounted for his I CAN'T BREATH statements.
I wonder what the final coroner's report will say?
