Various broadcast media outlets today stated that the DOJ
has begun a formal investigation into the auto-pen pardons "signed" by
Joe Biden on his way out the door. In at least two cases he has flatly
denied on the record that the pardoned the person named. Several of
them were "signed" on days when Joe was known to be somewhere else.
One
school of thought says that the auto-pen signatures are invalid on
pardons. Period. Another says that they are maybe-probably legally
acceptable if it can be reasonably determined that Senile Joe actually
intended to grant the pardon. Since the Biden-Hur recording dropped
today a reasonable person, listening to Joe talking to the FBI in
response to specific questions, might conclude that he wasn't completely
sure what planet he was on.
Wouldn't
it be cool if Pam Bondi could go after Faucci, and Hunter, and all the
other Biden low-lives? Don't hold your breath, but......
