BALLOTTRAX FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT

The CA ballot tracking system, BallotTrax, has finally acknowledged that the San Joaquin County Registrar has received and will count my ballot, which happened a week ago.  Better late than never I guess.  Still no explanation as to why they originally told me it was undeliverable and returned by the post office.
