CALIFORNIA IS NOW SAFE ... FOR CATS

Gavin News signed a bill into law today that forbids declawing cats.
Presumably just felinus domesticus but I haven't actually read the law.
Nor do I intend to. The cats might be safe, but people's legs and
couches are no longer so.
