Black Xmas: BLM slammed for call to boycott ‘white companies’ during festive season Black Lives Matter has called for the boycott of White businesses for a month

Black Lives Matter has continued with its tradition of boycotting “white companies” for the seventh year in a row during the month-long festive season. It has also urged support for “Black Xmas”. On Black Friday, the #BlackLivesMatter Global Network Foundation took to Instagram, where it stated, “Let’s use every tool in our toolbox…including our dollars…to end white-supremacist-capitalism.”

The post also noted, “It’s officially #BlackXmas! Time to: #BuildBlack - Support Black-led-Black-serving organizations. #BuyBlack - Skip the Black Friday sales and buy exclusively from Black-owned businesses. #BankBlack - Move your money out of white-corporate banks that finance our oppression and open accounts with Black-owned banks. White-supremacist-capitalism uses policing to protect profits and steal Black life,” while including the name of John Crawford - a 22-year-old African-American man who was killed in August 2014 inside a Walmart store in Beavercreek, Ohio, by a cop for holding a BB gun that was for sale. “Black Xmas” was reportedly started after Crawford's death.

The Instagram post also provides a link to its website for resources, where it’s mentioned, “#BUILDBLACK #BUYBLACK #BANKBLACK We’re dreaming of a #Blackxmas. That means no spending with white companies from 11/26/2021 – 01/01/2022,” before adding, “SHOP PLACES LIKE LA’S LEIMERT PARK AND SPEND ONLY WITH BLACK-OWNED BUSINESSES.”

But many people have slammed the move. A user commenting below the Instagram post said, “I am a big advocate and activist against racism, however, No it is not ‘Black Xmas’, it is thankfully CHRISTMAS, a time when we celebrate the birth of our saviour Jesus Christ. That’s all.” Another one commented, “Not buying from white companies/businesses could potentially hurt all the poc employees that work in those companies/businesses. I’m not saying do it, but I’m also saying take into consideration of the employees.”

A user sarcastically wrote: “Buying from black owned businesses still supports Capitalism lol.” The second one angrily said, “Guess who owns those black corporate banks? The same ppl own the ‘white’ corporate banks. I love that you guys are combating racism with more racism.” “I would never buy black or buy anything because someone had different melanin than someone else. I buy products and use services that are good, period. No skin color needed, because that’s exactly racism,” the third one added.

Several took to Twitter to criticize the idea of “Black Xmas”. A person tweeted, “Your group is totally amazing. Wanting to boycott white business companies during the Christmas holidays. You’re not racist, are you? Sickening and filthy. You were stoking racism over and over and over.”

Another tweet noted: “This organization is a fraud. Ignoring fact and itself is racist. Capitalism is good for everyone. Black unemployment is still at historical lows. But keep making up lies to suit you bogus narrative. Shows how desperate you are for attention.” “BLM is the most racist organization since the KKK.  Overwhelming irony,” the third user slammed.

A user wrote, “This just builds racism. Depends where live. Expect more businesses owned by Chinese in China,  Africans in African, Americans in America, etc. People’s skin will vary in colour. In villages colour will reflect who lives there, some more black or brown or white, etc. No hatred.” “You do realize that there's nothing holding you back from your goals right. If my friends from Africa can come here start a business and do exceptionally well, you can too. Stop being a victim and dividing the country,” a tweet read.

Christopher Trogan: Fordham University prof fired after confusing names of two Black students Fordham University is a private Jesuit university in New York City

After a lecturer, unintentionally, mixed up the names of two Black students, he was fired from his job at Fordham University, a private Jesuit college in New York City. On Sept. 24, Christopher Trogan, the now-former English instructor at the university, made the error while he was conducting his Composition II class.

The episode was described by the Fordham Observer as a "name mix-up" in which Trogan was briefly "confused." The students reacted to the incident by sending Trogan an email after class, expressing their outrage that he had mixed up their names and claimed that he did so because they were both Black. Trogan, on the other hand, did not try to hide his error. He apologised in an email to his whole Composition II students for the "innocent mistake." He claimed he had a "muddled brain" as he walked into his class late and mixed up the names of the two pupils as he was reading another student's paper at the same time.

"The offended student assumed my mistake was because I confused that student with another Black student," Trogan said in his email. "I have done my best to validate and reassure the offended student that I made a simple, human, error. It has nothing to do with race."

The professor encouraged his pupils to express their concerns to the dean of the school, his department chairperson, and other administrators who have jurisdiction over situations between professors and students. Trogan also told his students that he had dedicated his life to working for justice and fairness, and that he had constructed his Composition II course "particularly and clearly around concerns of justice, equality, and inclusiveness" in response to accusations of racism.

One of the kids whose names were jumbled up, Chantel Sims, told the Observer that she and her friend were not bothered by the mix-up. Trogan's response against their claims of racism, on the other hand, irritated them. "It seemed a little excessive," she remarked, "as if all you had to do was say sorry and everything would have been OK." She added, "We weren't too bothered by him mispronouncing our names. It was more about the strange things he'd say in response." According to the Observer, both pupils whose names were mixed up, accused Trogan of having a "white saviour complex."

Trogan was placed under investigation and suspended for two days after the simple mix-up. He was summoned to a meeting with Eva Badowska, dean of the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, on October 5, which he attended with a union representative via Zoom. By the 25th of October, Badowska had notified Trogan that he had been fired. Trogan claimed that he was never aware of the charges against him in an email to his students on October 29. "I was never informed of the charges against me, nor of the nature of the investigation of which I was the subject,” Trogan said in that email, the Observer reported. "I was kept completely in the dark."

Badowska's firing letter, on the other hand, said that he was fired due to his class-wide email, not the name mix-up. Despite students' dissatisfaction with Trogan's termination, particularly the manner in which it was carried out, the institution has refused to comment on the subject. "The University takes personnel matters very seriously, reviews decisions on multiple levels, and addresses such matters confidentially in accord with University policies,"said Bob Howe who is the assistant Vice President to the communication.

Who is Kathleen Casillo? Woman who drove BMW through BLM protesters DEMANDS trial

Who is Kathleen Casillo? Woman who drove BMW through BLM protesters DEMANDS trial Kathleen Casillo was only issued a desk appearance ticket when the incident took place and was released hours after her arrest

QUEENS, NEW YORK: A white NYC woman who plowed her BMW through 50 Manhattan BLM protestors last year has now refused a plea deal. Kathleen Casillo, 52, is set to stand trial. On Wednesday, December 1, Casillo appeared in Manhattan Criminal Court.

Casillo had been offered a deal that would have led to her completing six days of community service, and having her license suspended for a year. However, since the accused has turned it down, a jury will now decide the matter. Casillo was only issued a desk appearance ticket for the incident and was released hours after her arrest. On February 22, Casillo was also charged with reckless assault in the third degree.

Who is Kathleen Casillo?

Casillo, a woman from Queens, was accused of driving into pedestrians at a BLM protest in Midtown Manhattan. A video that was circulated back then showed the woman plowing into people in the street. Casillo had claimed that protesters had surrounded her car and banged on her vehicle as they marched illegally against traffic. She claimed that she only stepped on the gas to get away from the crowd. At least nine protestors were wounded in the tragedy.

“A car just ran through a group of protesters, tossing people into the air,” witness Mark Apolloa had said. “I saw individuals that were hit with the car flying up and over it. The windshield is totally cracked."

Did Andrew Mercer give a 'lenient' charge?

BLM protestors gathered outside the courtroom waiting for Casillo to be brought to justice. Protestors had earlier chastised Assistant District Attorney Andrew Mercer because they believed she was given a 'lenient' charge.

"Last year on Dec. 11, Kathleen Casillo drove her car at top speed through a crowd of human beings. I was one of those human beings—I never saw her coming," said Roque Rodriguez, a survivor of the horrific incident. "Andrew Mercer neglected to follow up with seven of the nine people who were directly hit and impacted by this crime." "You’ve never spoken to them. He did no due diligence, and instead assumed that Kathleen did not have bad intentions and that no one else was seriously harmed," Rodriguez added.

Casillo's incident reminds us of the recent tragic Waukesha attack. A driver plowed into several marchers at a Wisconsin Christmas parade, killing and wounding several people. The person in custody was identified as Darrell Edward Brooks Jr, who was found by the cops with the key to a Ford vehicle. The 39-year-old happens to be a career criminal and rapper who performs under the stage name MathBoi Fly. Videos of the horrific incident, which are viral on social media, show a red Ford Escape smashing through white barricades before racing down the road towards a high school marching band. The car drove right through the parade as screams filled the air, running over people and driving away as the crowd scattered.

'Sopranos': James Gandolfini's coke binge had HBO worried if star would 'stay alive'

'Sopranos': James Gandolfini's coke binge had HBO worried if star would 'stay alive'                                    James Gandolfini in 'Sopranos'

James Andrew Miller's latest tell-all book about the behind-the-scenes at HBO shed ample light on 'Sopranos' star James Gandolfini. Titled 'Tinderbox: HBO’s Ruthless Pursuit of New Frontiers', the book brings out some of the dirt on the famed TV network. In his book, Miller talks about his conversation with Former Time Warner chairman and CEO and HBO head, Jeff Bewkes who speaks at length about Gandolfini's health and how they were worried about him "staying alive".

Although the actor passed away at 51, his health was still a major cause of concern during his time in the six-season run the hit series had. A New York Post report said that the executives were worried following his bender or coke binge that saw them stop production."We were concerned about Gandolfini staying alive. Occasionally he would go on a bender or a coke binge. We had to stop production,” Bewkes said to Miller.

He also explained that the production delays cost the network quite the sum and “was hard on the other actors’ schedules.” Bewkes added said that he "didn’t pressure" former HBO chairman, Chris Albrecht, about Gandolfini slacking off work because he "thought Jimmy was embarrassed."

The report also added that the actor would bring in "two or three bottles of good Italian wine, so we didn’t have to drink the s**t Merlot they serve at the [Golden] Globes". In his chat with Miller, Bewkes also added that it was stupid of him to think drinking with Gandolfini would calm him down. "Like he would be embarrassed if I knew he was drinking at the table. I drank with him thinking it would calm him down. I guess I was stupid.”

The Sopranos ran for six seasons with an all-star cast

Albrecht was interviewed by the journalist as well and he spoke about the network's intervention that was hosted at his Manhattan apartment. "The intervention wasn’t my idea. I think [it was] his family’s idea because his sister was there. It was definitely a crisis situation."

"I don’t remember us being worried he was going to die, but it became a real problem with shooting the show . . . It became a lack of respect for the other actors as well, so there were sort of problems that bubbled up,” he remarked. When explaining the intervention, Gandolfini entered the apartment where he found his family waiting for him. Soon after, he screamed, “Oh, f**k this. F**k all of you.”

Gandolfini died of heart attack while on holiday in Rome, in June 2013, to attend the Taormina Film Festival in Sicily. He was 51.

CHICAGO — The man Jussie Smollett allegedly paid to help him stage a hate crime took the stand in the actor’s criminal trial Wednesday, describing how he took part in the hoax because he thought the ‘”Empire” star could help push his own acting career.

Abimbola Osundairo, 28, told jurors in Chicago’s criminal court on day three of the trial how Smollett directed nearly every aspect of the alleged fake attack, from the racial and homophobic slurs him and his brother, Olabinjo, were to use down to who should throw the punches.

“He explained that he wanted me to fake beat him up,” Osundairo testified.

“I agreed to do it because most importantly, I felt indebted to him, to Jussie,” Osundairo said “He also got me a stand-in role on ‘Empire’ and I also believed that he could help further my acting career.”

Osundairo and his brother are at the center of the sensational long-awaited trial as the prosecution’s star witnesses. About two weeks after Smollett told police he was the victim of a vicious hate crime on a frigid night in January 2019, the brothers were arrested but confessed the actor paid them $3,500 to stage the attack. Smollett’s team vigorously denies the allegation and claims the men intended to attack him, potentially because they’re homophobic.

Smollett is facing six counts of felony disorderly conduct for lying to police and if convicted, faces up to three years in jail.

Osundairo, who also worked on the set of “Empire,” testified that he and Smollett met through a mutual friend in 2017 and over the next year and a half became extremely close as they spent time together smoking weed, visiting strip clubs and having sleepovers at the star’s Streeterville high-rise.

“I would call him my brother,” Osundairo testified, adding Smollett would ask him to procure weed, cocaine and molly for him.

Around 9 a.m. on January 25, 2019, Osundairo said he received a curious text message from Smollett asking for his help “on the low” and if he was available to meet up “face-to-face” to discuss.

Later that afternoon, he picked Osundairo up and from the front seat of the actor’s Mercedes Benz, the infamous plan was hatched and Smollett was both the star and the director.

First, Smollett asked Osundairo if he “could trust” him and then lamented the studio’s response to a disturbing piece of hate mail he claimed he received that showed a stick figure hanging and the words “You will die black f-g.”

“He talked about how the studio was not taking the mail seriously, the hate mail he’d received earlier,” Osundairo said. “I was confused, I looked puzzled and then he explained that he wanted me to fake beat him up.”

Smollett asked if Osundairo’s brother could help and then explained his vision for the stunt. He first told the brothers the specific words he wanted them to use — “‘Empire’, f—-t, n—-r, MAGA” — and then gave blow-by-blow instructions.

“He wanted me to punch him but he wanted me to pull the punch so I didn’t hurt him and then he wanted me to tussle him and throw him to the ground and give him a bruise,” he said.

“Then he wanted it to look like he was fighting back, so I was supposed to give him a chance to fight back and then eventually throw him to the ground and my brother would tie the noose around his neck and pour bleach on him.”

The actor told the brothers not to bring their phones in case they dropped them and lost them and ordered them not to use a rideshare service to prevent any record of their location. Should news of the attack get picked up by the press, Smollett directed Osundairo to send him a phony “condolence letter,” which he later did when the alleged hate crime inevitably became front page news.

Within ten minutes, the plans were laid and a dress rehearsal was set for two days later, Osundairo told jurors.

On Sunday, January 27, the day before the attack was set to take place, Smollett picked up the two brothers and brought them to his neighborhood where he pointed out the exact location he wanted the alleged hoax to go down, Osundairo testified.

“He said that there was going to be a camera to capture the fake attack, that he wanted a camera to capture the fake attack,” Osundairo said.

Asked by special prosecutor Dan Webb why he wanted the attack captured, Osundairo testified Smollett “wanted to use the camera footage for media.”

When the plan was finally carried out around 2 a.m. on January 29, 2019, the camera Smollett hoped would capture the attack was pointed in another direction but just about everything else went according to plan. The brothers delivered their lines, roughed Smollett up and fled the area, only to be arrested a little over two weeks later.

Outside of the courtroom Wednesday evening, Smollett wore a frown as he exited the building flanked by supporters and didn’t answer a question asking what he thought about Osundairo’s testimony.

His team is slated to begin their cross-examination Thursday morning.

5 people overdose as Bill de Blasio's legal shooting galleries for addicts open in NYC New York Mayor Bill de Blasio (L) launched the country's first legal shooting galleries Tuesday. 5 addicts overdosed

New York Mayor Bill de Blasio launched the country's first legal shooting galleries Tuesday morning, November 30, calling them safe havens for drug addicts shortly before five people overdosed at one of the clinics on opening day.

The 60-year-old Democrat, who has just four weeks left in office, touted the so-called "Overdose Prevention Centers" in a statement, saying they were a "safe and effective way to address the opioid crisis." He added, "I’m proud to show cities in this country that after decades of failure, a smarter approach is possible." The nonprofit-run centers, New York Harm Reduction Educators on E 126th Street in Harlem and Washington Heights’ CORNER Project on W 180th Street, were opened to the public on Tuesday, the New York Post reported.

That said, the East Harlem site recorded five overdoses after 85 users injected drugs laced with fentanyl including heroin on Tuesday. “We have had some overdoses today,” Kailin See, senior director of programs at New York Harm Reduction Educators, told The Post. “They survived,” she added.

While the Washington Heights CORNER Project barred press from visiting the site or speaking to staff, the owner of a nearby business said he saw someone being taken away in an ambulance. “I think what they’re doing is they’re promoting this which is awful,” said the business owner, who spoke condition of anonymity citing concerns that his shop would be vandalized. According to the Health Department, the two Manhattan locations were chosen based on “health need and depth of program experience" and are expected to provide clean needles and social services while users must bring their own drugs, per The Post.

More than 2,000 New Yorkers died of drug overdoses last year, which was the highest number since the city started recording the data in 2000. The most common drug involved in the fatalities was opioids. Then, between and January and March this year, nearly 600 people lost their lives due to addiction. A study undertaken by the city health department found that the newly opened sites could save up to 130 people a year.

De Blasio had attempted to push the controversial proposal to open a total of four sites before but was prevented by then Governor Andrew Cuomo and then President Donald Trump, both of whom opposed the plan. Meanwhile, City Council Minority Leader Joe Borelli (R-Staten Island) was skeptical about the program’s effectiveness. “British Columbia has led North America in safe injection sites, all while crossing overdose death milestones every month. How anyone can see this as a solution to a serious problem is beyond me, never mind the concerns of the neighbors,” Borelli told The Post Tuesday.

Republican Rep Nicole Malliotakis, whose district includes Staten Island and parts of southern Brooklyn, urged the Justice Department to block the sites as they would violate the federal Controlled Substances Act. Malliotakis urged US Attorney General Merrick Garland Tuesday to “take swift action to enforce federal law," citing a January 2021 ruling by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals that it was a federal crime for a supervised injection site run by a Philadelphia nonprofit to allow illegal drug use at its location.

“Instead of focusing on the root cause of the drug epidemic, Mayor de Blasio is enabling drug cartels that continue to break our laws, smuggle illegal drugs over our border, and prey on our children,” Malliotakis said. “Crime and fentanyl use are at record highs because of open borders, botched bail reform, and anti-police policies that keep releasing criminal drug dealers back onto our streets. Opening taxpayer-funded heroin shooting galleries is not a proper solution. These centers not only encourage drug use but they will further deteriorate our quality of life,” she added. According to The Post, De Blasio has "largely turned a blind eye" to the drug crisis in major city hubs like the Garment District and the Triangle Plaza Hub in the Bronx.

THIS ONE WILL BE HARD TO CLEAN UP ..... BUT MAYBE NOT IMPOSSIBLE

On Monday Tucson P. D. Officer Ryan Remington was working as contract private security at a WalMart when he had a confrontation with Richard L. Richards.  Officer Remington approached Richards, who was believed to have shoplifted a tool box from the WalMart.  A WalMart employee had approached Richards as Richards was leaving the store and asked to see as receipt for the tool box.  Richards pulled a knife, said " Here's your receipt" and kept going.

Officer Remington approached Richards, who was in his motorized wheel chair, or possibly a mobility assist scooter, in the Lowe's parking lot next door.  (Those motorized wheelchairs can be fast.)  The officer directed Richards to stop and put down the knife.  Richards is said to have responded, "If you want me to put down the knife you will have to shoot me."  About this time a second cop showed up.

Richards proceeded to roll towards a nearby store (presumably Lowe's) still in possession of the knife.  The cops warned him not to enter the store.  Officer Remington then fired nine rounds into Richards, into his back thru the motorized chair.  Richards then fell out of the chair, dead.

The day after the shooting Officer Remington was fired by the Tucson P.D.  (I guess they don't have a Peace Officer's Bill of Rights in Arizona.)  He had four years on the job.

Remington has a lawyer, who is pointing out that the edited pieces of video that are being shown on the news give a very distorted picture of what actually happened.

THE KAMALA DRAGON FOR SCOTUS ?

by Bob Walsh

Komodo dragon

There is the weird thing floating around DC.  It is speculation that they Democrat-Socialists may try to stuff Kamala Harris into the next available Supreme Court position to get her the hell out of the way so they can put somebody semi-competent in to take over after Biden strokes out or drops out.

She would check the boxes.  Senile Joe promised up front that his first SCOTUS appointment would be a Black woman.  She is a woman and has enough melanin to qualify as Black.  I can't imagine ANY Republican voting for her and I am not sure I would count on all 50 Democrat senators voting for her.  She has zero judicial experience and is not in any way a noted legal scholar.  She is a liberal wind vane. In CA that works for electoral politics.  Of course in another 15 months it might not be a consideration as there is a better than even chance the Democrat-Socialists will loose the 50/50 split in the Senate.

In the meantime the clowns in DC are still pretending that Senile Joe will run again in 2024, presumably in a WEEKEND AT BERNIE'S scenario.  Even if they don't actually BELIEVE it they will continue to pretend they do so he doesn't look like any more of a hollow sock puppet than he really is.

I am also not sure that Kamala would want to be one member in a chorus, albeit a pretty notable chorus.  She wants the big brass ring and is just ignorant enough to think she has a chance at getting it on her own merit.

CHRIS CUOMO HANDED HIS ASS AND SHOWN THE DOOR

by Bob Walsh

Chris Cuomo, brother of disgraced former NY governor Andrew Cuomo, and the only anchor on CNN who could come close to beating out The Animal Planet reruns on ratings, has been given the heave-ho from the Clinton News Network.

His bosses didn't seem to mind that he is a smarmy narcissistic dick.  They did mind that he was lying to them (and their microscopic audience) about his alleged lack of involvement with handling his brother's issues.  He also used CNN resources to research the women who were accusing his brother of misconduct.

Personally I don't give a tip that he was helping out his sleazeball brother.  Brothers are family.  I get it.  He should have recused himself from ANY reporting on the scandal that eventually surfaced around his brother and avoided pretending to be a disinterested reporter on the matter rather than the shill that he is and was.

He can always get himself a job as a door man at a tittie bar.  It would suit his character.

NINTH CIRCUIT UPHOLDS CALIFORNIA HIGH CAPACITY MAGAZINE BAN

by Bob Walsh

Today an 11-member panel of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals overturned the ruling of an earlier 3-member panel on the magazine ban.  The earlier panel had upheld the lower court ruling that the "high capacity" (actually standard factory capacity) magazine ban was unconstitutional.

The 11-member panel voiced the belief that this was only a minor impact on Second Amendment rights and exhibited some magical thinking into the notion that making new possession of those dreaded magazines would somehow lessen the negative impact of mass shooters, who do often use the "high capacity" magazines while committing crimes.  The court somehow believes that making them illegal for honest, law-abiding private citizens will somehow impact the ability of criminals to get the magazines.

The question will certainly be appealed to the Supreme Court, which may actually hear the damn thing.

FREQUENT FLIERS ABOARD THE LOLITA EXPRESS

Jeffery Epstein's pilot Larry Visoski drops big names who flew on 'Lolita Express'

Jeffrey Epstein Donald Trump Bill Clinton Testimony Reduced Sentence Death
Bill Clinton and Donald Trump ere close friends with Jeffrey Epstein and frequent fliers on his Lolita Express

Ghislaine Maxwell's trial entered day two, with some surprising testimony from Jeffery Epstein's pilot Larry Visoski. The pilot was the first person to testify in the trial, revealing just how far and wide the deceased financier's links ran. Visoski was clear to mention he never personally witnessed any sexual activity, with the door of his cockpit firmly closed at all times, but he was certainly aware of his passengers.

The controversial trial is taking place at the Manhattan Federal Court under the spectre of allegations, the most recent one being that it is rigged. The theory was spread by notable conservatives like Jack Posobiec and Richard Grenell. Another wild conspiracy theory claims the Omicron variant of Covid-19 is a "distraction" from the trial, and that it was created to fill the news cycles instead of the trial. Maxwell herself has spread allegations that she won't be receiving a fair trial.

Despite the noise though, the trial is going ahead, with many hoping it would reveal others involved in Epstein's sex trafficking. Visoski's testimony is the closest we have come so far to that when he acknowledged that he flew some very big names aboard Epstein's private Boeing 727 flight dubbed 'Lolita Express'.

Who did Visoski see?

Visoski flew Epstein for over 25 years, making him a key witness in the case. He told the court "Epstein was the big number one" in the operation, and described Maxwell as "the number two." He also backed up previous allegations that Epstein and Maxwell shared a rather close relationship. "I wouldn't characterise it as romantic," he said, but noted it was "more personal than business."

In his many years for Epstein, Visoski was asked if he flew "pretty important people" like Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and Kevin Spacey. He acknowledged he had flown everybody except Kennedy Jr., the nephew of former US President John F. Kennedy. He noted that Trump was a "frequent flyer" before becoming President, but said he couldn't ever remember flying Trump's family. Similarly, Clinton too was a frequent flyer, Visoski testified.

He also clearly stated "I certainly did not" see any sexual activity on the flights, because he kept the cockpit door closed, despite it not being mandated by Epstein. Visoski would occasionally emerge, to get coffee or use the bathroom, but even then said he never saw any sexual activity or even used condoms or sex toys when cleaning up. The pilot went on to acknowledge he saw young girls with their families, but never any unaccompanied minors. However, he was able to identify one of Maxwell's accusers, a singer identified only as Jane. He described her as "a mature woman, with piercing, powder blue eyes" who Epstein once brought into the cockpit. "She looked like a woman," he said of Jane, who was a minor at the time she was allegedly groomed by Epstein and Maxwell.

Furthermore, Visoski also acknowledged he met Virginia Roberts Guiffre in the "mid-to-late ’90s" aboard the flight. While Guiffre isn't one of the accusers in the case, she has filed a separate civil suit against Prince Andrew. Others Visoski remembered seeing included former astronaut senator John Glenn, actor Chris Tucker, and violinist Itzhak Perlman. He also "frequently ran" into Maxwell.

The testimony does seem to link the allegations against Epstein and Maxwell, with the financier's wider network. So far, Prince Andrew is the only one facing legal action as a result of his association with the two. Others, including Trump, have vehemently denied having links with Epstein.

THE 'PERSECUTION' OF A SINGLE MOTHER FOR POSSESSING FAKE GUNS

A Queens mom has been locked in a two-year legal battle over a cache of guns found in her home — even though most of the weapons are fake.

Elizaveta Zlatkis was charged with felony possession of 22 guns in December 2019, but many of the firearms are just props her then-husband supplied to rappers for music videos, she recently told The Post.

The Queens District Attorney’s Office eventually dropped the felony counts but Zlatkis remains charged with several misdemeanors — and prosecutors are refusing to let the case go.

“This has been hell for two years for me and my children,” the 33-year-old mom said this week. “They publicly humiliated me, and now they refuse to admit that they were wrong.”

“They are trying to save face and extend this case past three years so I can’t sue them,” she claimed. “They want me to take a plea [deal], but I didn’t do anything wrong.”

Joe Murray, Zlatkis’ lawyer, said prosecutors even misplaced the case file when he showed up in court Monday seeking to have the case dismissed.

“This is not prosecution,” Murray railed. “It is a persecution of a single mother with no record who wasn’t even mentioned in the search warrant.”

HOW HUMILIATING! The cops either did not know or failed to reveal that most of the guns were FAKE

Zlatkis was first busted and charged with first-degree criminal possession of a weapon on Dec. 27, 2019, when cops burst into her home at 6 a.m., according to court records.

Her children, including a toddler, were in the home at the time, the records show.

According to a criminal complaint filed at the time, Zlatkis was charged with felony counts of first- and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, as well as two misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

She was also charged with four counts of possessing an imitation pistol and three counts of possession of ammunition for a pistol or revolver, among other charges.

The top felony charge carries a maximum prison term of 25 years.

Though felony charges were eventually dropped, Zlatkis still is facing several misdemeanors.

However, 21 of the weapons recovered by investigators are not real weapons — they consist of toys, replicas, air rifles and starter pistols like those used at track meets, according to law enforcement sources.

Only one of the pistols is real — and that one is inoperable because it’s missing the trigger, hand grip and internal workings, the sources said.

On Dec. 18, 2020, almost one year after her arrest, Queens prosecutors filed a new complaint without the felony charges but still hit Zlatkis with the two endangering charges, the ammunition charge and 11 counts of the imitation pistol charge.

All of the fresh charges are misdemeanors.

Zlatkis said she's been "publicly humiliated" in the case.

Then this past July — one month after Murray file a motion to dismiss the case — prosecutors filed a third complaint containing the same misdemeanor charges but tweaking some language.

Queens prosecutors repeatedly refused to comment on Zlatkis’ case this week. But they disputed Murray’s claim that the office misplaced the case file, saying it was a court copy of the file that could not be located during Monday’s proceedings.

A spokesman for the state Office of Court Administration said Zlatkis’ file was located on Wednesday and that the case would be back in court on Dec. 15.

Zlatkis vowed to keep fighting to clear her name.

“I’m willing to go to trial,” she said. “But the last thing that they want is the embarrassment when I beat them in court. My 11-year-old son knew the guns weren’t real.”

Cop Executes Elderly Man in a Wheelchair, Shooting Him 9 Times as He Rolled By

Harrowing footage caught the moment an off-duty Arizona cop working as a Walmart security guard shot a 61-year-old man in a wheelchair nine times in the back, killing him — after the disabled man allegedly shoplifted.

The officer, Ryan Remington, was on assignment at the Walmart in Tucson on Monday when an employee alerted him about 6 p.m. that a customer in a motorized wheelchair had swiped a toolbox, KGUN reported.

The employee caught up with the suspect, identified later as Richard Lee Richards, and asked him to show a receipt in the parking lot.

“Instead of providing the receipt, Mr. Richards brandished a knife and said, ‘Here’s your receipt,’” Police Chief Chris Magnus said in a statement, according to CNN.

The chief said Remington, a four-year member of the Tucson police force, also followed Richards while “attempting to gain his cooperation” and surrender the blade.

“Mr. Richards refused to comply, and instead continued to head through the Walmart and Lowe’s parking lots,” Magnus said. “According to the Walmart employee, Mr. Richards said, ‘If you want me to put down the knife, you’re going to have to shoot me.'”

A second officer then joined Remington at the scene, where they warned the suspect not to enter the Lowe’s but he again reportedly ignored the commands.

The graphic video shows Richards begin to enter the store as Remington tells him, “Do not go into the store, sir.”

He then opens fire at the suspect, who slumps over and crumples to the ground after being hit nine times. Remington is then seen handcuffing the man, who is not moving.

“To be clear, I am deeply disturbed by Officer Remington’s actions, his use of deadly force in this incident is a clear violation of department policy and directly contradicts multiple aspects of our use of force training,” Magnus said in a press conference Tuesday.

“As a result, the department moved earlier today to terminate Officer Remington,” he said, adding that the shooting will be reviewed by the Pima County Attorney’s Office.

Magnus said medical personnel were called to the scene “but a short time later Mr. Richards was declared dead.”

Mike Storie, an attorney for the Tucson Police Officers Association, said: “What you saw was the police department’s edited version of this event, which was cut and pasted pieces of video of this event,” KGUN reported.

“He thought it was appropriate at the time he used it and he still does,” Storie added, referring to Remington.

In a statement, Mayor Regina Romero said: “The actions of the officer involved in last night’s deadly shooting are unconscionable and indefensible. The County Attorney’s Office has my full support as they proceed with their investigation.

“It is moments like this that test our resolve to ensure justice and accountability. We owe this to all Tucsonans. I ask our community to remain calm and be patient as investigations ensue,” she added.

Former University of Central Florida running back Otis Anderson Jr. was fatally shot by his father during a dispute about a dog bite, authorities said.

Anderson, 23, who played at UCF from 2017 to 2020, died late Monday in Jacksonville after his father, Otis Anderson Sr., was bitten by a dog belonging to his son’s girlfriend, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said Anderson Jr.’s mother, Denise, told investigators her husband got upset after being bitten, setting off a confrontation between the three that escalated to gunfire.

Responding cops found Anderson Jr. with at least one gunshot wound to the chest and Denise with multiple graze wounds. Both were rushed to a hospital, but Anderson Jr. did not survive. His mother was treated and released, the Sentinel reported.

Anderson Sr., 52, facing charges of murder and attempted murder, remains held without bond Wednesday. He’s next due in court on Dec. 22.

UCF Football tweeted a tribute Tuesday to Anderson, whose nickname was “Juice.” He ranks ninth all-time at UCF with 2,182 career rushing yards. He also ran for 17 touchdowns and caught nine others as a receiver as a key part of UCF’s program.

“He was revered by his teammates, our fans, and everyone within Knight Nation,” the post read. “Our deepest condolences go out to everyone who loved Otis. He was taken too soon and will truly be missed.”

Anderson was no relation to former Giants legend Ottis Anderson.

Anderson, who wasn’t drafted this year, spent training camp with the Los Angeles Rams, but was cut from the team’s practice squad in September. The team also released a statement sending condolences to his family as former teammates posted tributes.

“Rest in Heaven Otis,” Rams star cornerback Jalen Ramsey tweeted. “We gotta do better on this earth smh.”

Anderson’s father, meanwhile was appointed a public defender during his court appearance Tuesday, WJXT reported.

Jacksonville Sheriff Mike Williams told the station investigators were “mourning” with the Anderson family as they navigate the “incredible” tragedy.

“While the investigation continues to be carried out, we would encourage everyone to keep the family in your prayers as they work through this very difficult time,” Williams said in a statement.

CHILD PSYCHOLOGISTS IN SIST THAT AN 11-YEAR-OLD IS TOO YOUNG TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR

11-year-old ‘prolific carjacker’ arrested in Chicago, eyed in several heists

Superintendent David BrownSuperintendent David Brown says the arrest of an 11-year-old boy for carjacking is a “sad state of affairs.”

An 11-year-old boy was arrested for a carjacking in Chicago and is considered a suspect in “several” other cases, police said.

The boy, who was not publicly identified, was busted Friday on a felony count of aggravated vehicular hijacking with a firearm, Chicago police brass said Monday.

“Let me say that again, because that stops the conscience,” Chicago Police Superintendent David Brown told reporters, according to the Chicago Tribune. “Our task force arrested an 11-year-old for a carjacking.”

The youngster — whom Brown characterized as a “prolific carjacker” in the Windy City — was arrested Friday in the Nov. 14 carjacking of a 48-year-old woman in a supermarket parking lot.

“This is a sad state of affairs,” Brown said, adding that the boy was arrested and charged with being in a stolen car two weeks earlier. The vehicle had been carjacked in nearby Evergreen Park, the Tribune reported.

Brown said the boy will be charged as a juvenile, but he’s being eyed in “several” other carjackings, investigators said.

“The 11-year-old seems to be driving these carjackings,” Chicago police Chief of Detectives Brendan Deenihan said. “So he’s not just there, I guess, along for the ride with other individuals.”

Law enforcement sources told WLS-TV the victim in the Nov. 14 carjacking at a Jewel Osco supermarket was a Chicago police sergeant’s wife who was robbed at gunpoint. The stolen 2021 BMW SUV was later recovered on the city’s South Side, the station reported.

Deenihan said detectives believe the 11-year-old was a “strong participant” in other recent carjackings, but an investigation is ongoing.

Chicago police, meanwhile, have made 1,292 carjacking-related arrests this year in 1,635 reported incidents, Brown said.

Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot also commented on the boy’s arrest Monday while criticizing judges for releasing suspects in similar carjacking cases, WLS-TV reported.

“I’m going to be meeting with the juvenile judges here relatively soon to address that issue,” Lightfoot said at a press conference. “We have a crisis and it’s a crisis that they have to own some responsibility for. We cannot keep putting these kids back out on the streets with no support, no resources, no monitoring.”

ARAB WORLD SHOCKED BY ISRAEL-MOROCCO DEFENSE PACT ..... THEY CAN BLAME IT ON TRUMP

Morocco, Israel sign first-ever defence agreement in Rabat

AlJazeera

November 24, 2021

In Rabat, Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz (R) signed the document along with Abdellatif Loudiyi (L), Morocco's defence administration minister

Israel and Morocco have signed a landmark agreement that lays the foundation for security cooperation, intelligence sharing, and future arms sales.

The memorandum of understanding between Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz and his Moroccan counterpart Abdellatif Loudiyi was signed on Wednesday in Rabat, as part of the first official visit by an Israeli defence minister to one of the Arab states that normalised ties last year.

Morocco, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Sudan signed agreements to normalise relations with Israel in 2020 as part of the Abraham Accords, which were brokered by the Trump administration.

In a statement, Gantz said that the agreement was “very significant and will allow us to exchange ideas, enter joint projects and enable Israeli military exports here.”

Gantz also met with the Moroccan military chief of staff and was greeted by a colour guard of soldiers clad in red tunics, blue slacks and gleaming gold epaulets.

Israel and Morocco enjoyed low-level diplomatic relations in the 1990s, but Morocco severed them after a Palestinian uprising erupted in 2000. Despite that, the two states have maintained informal relations.

Nearly half a million Israelis claim Moroccan heritage as more than 200,000 immigrated to Israel after the founding of the state in 1948.

Morocco is still home to a small Jewish community, and Rabat has one remaining synagogue, where Gantz will visit at the close of his two-day trip.

In exchange for Morocco normalising relations with Israel in December 2020, the Trump administration promised to recognise Moroccan sovereignty over Western Sahara, a disputed North African territory.

The announcement upset decades of US policy and international consensus that Western Sahara’s status should be settled by a UN referendum.

The Abraham Accords broke a longstanding consensus among Arab states that normalisation with Israel only takes place as part of a resolution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Palestinians view the agreements as a betrayal that eroded their leverage with Israel.

LAST WORDS OF NAZI U-BOAT COMMANDER AND CREW
