DOWN WITH GREEDY CORPORATIONS, TAX THE RICH

The Occupy Wall Street protestors in New York and throughout the nation are railing against evil and greedy corporations and calling for more taxes on the rich.

THOSE EVIL CORPORATIONS

Almost all of the protestors are using wireless smartphones made by greedy corporations. Many of the protestors are using video cameras made by greedy corporations. They are wearing clothing and shoes made by greedy corporations. They are using buses and subways made by greedy corporations. If they drive cars, they are driving cars made by greedy corporations and filling them up with fuel made and supplied by greedy corporations. If they ride bicycles, they are riding bikes made by greedy corporations. For their protest signs they are using paper, cardboard and plastic banner materials made by greedy corporations. And many are buying their $3 and $5 cups of latte from greedy corporations.

When they get home, they turn to their computers made by greedy corporations. They do social networking on internet services provided by greedy corporations. They use razors, hair dryers, soap and beauty products made by greedy corporations. They eat and drink products made and supplied by greedy corporations. They sit on furniture and sleep on mattresses and beds made by greedy corporations. They watch programs and movies on television sets made by greedy corporations. They use surround-sound equipment made by greedy corporations. Their electric power is provided by greedy corporations. Their heat is provided by greedy corporations. And they use refrigerators, freezers, microwave and conventional ovens, garbage disposals, dishwashers, clothes washers and dryers, furnaces and air conditioners made by greedy corporations.

THE FILLTHY RICH

The richest three percent account for 36 percent of all charitable contributions. Rich philanthropists provide funds to build libraries, museums, medical research facilities, college and university endowments and scholarships and grants to preserve the environment. And, oh yes, the richest ten percent pay 55 percent of all federal taxes.

Pumped full of anti-capitalism by Marxist professors, some of the protestors come from wealthy families and at the very time they are condemning their rich daddies, they are living off the money given to them by their parents - money earned by working for those evil corporations.

DAMN THOSE EVIL CORPORATIONS AND THE RICH!

Let’s turn the calendar back and return to the way it was before the Industrial Revolution. Then there were no corporations and only the crowned heads of Europe, the Maharajahs of India, and the emperors of China were filthy rich.
