THE JUDGE TOLD HIM TO GET HIS ACT TOGETHER AND HE DID, IN HIS OWN USUAL WAY

I think that Judge Sing got what she deserved and Phil will soon get what he deserves.

Of course, there is the possibility that homeless Phil knew he was breaking into the judge’s car and made sure to be caught so he would get a bed and three squares a day in the pokey.

IT TOOK A ‘ROCK IN A SOCK’ TO AWAKEN THE JUDGE

Judge Lillian Sing is on the bench of the Community Court in the People’s Republic of San Francisco. This court, by structure, is intended to help people who appear before it rather than punishing them. Usually.

Phillip Bernard, a homeless denizen of SF, appeared before Jung Sing on Tuesday. He had missed an earlier appearance and was failing to follow through with the terms of his probation. Big surprise there. Judge Sing told him to get his act together and get with the program, or else. Then she cut him loose.

Good old Phil then went out behind the court and utilizing the classic “rock in a sock” combination illegal weapon and burglar tool her broke into a car……(wait for it…here it comes) belonging to Judge Sing. The beat cop happened to see it and good old Phil ended up back in front of Judge Sing. She threw his ass in jail, and he is now awaiting the pleasure of the Superior Court.

I guess it really does depend on whose ox is being gored, doesn’t it?
