A little Minnesota girl goes to the cops and rats out her parents’ pot growing and distribution operation because they blew pot smoke into her dog’s mouth
A man and his wife were busted in Barnesville, Minn. for dealing drugs and child endangerment after their 9-year-old daughter went to the police and told them her parents were growing pot plants at their house. She also told the police that her parents smoked pot daily and sold marijuana to people who would visit the house. She said the house was full of marijuana smoke and that it made her sick. But most of all, she feared for her dog because the parents would blow pot smoke into the dog’s mouth.
The Barnesville cops obtained a search warrant based on the little girl’s story and seized seven immature marijuana plants, baggies with suspected methamphetamine residue and a large assortment of marijuana paraphernalia.
According to the Twin Cities Pioneer Press, the parents admitted both used marijuana. The mother told investigators that she uses it to help alleviate her symptoms of multiple sclerosis and that the couple dealt the drug to help make ends meet financially.
The cops also checked out two pit bulls at the residence to make sure they were alright. The officers found no evidence of animal abuse..
With the concurrence of Child Protective Services, the girl is now staying with relatives. CPS will determine whether child abuse charges should be filed against the parents.
If they handed out a nationwide award for Nine-Year-Old of the Year, this girl would certainly be the top contender.

At least she didn't rat them out for a trivial reason.
