A man wanted by the police on suspicion of child molestation was terminally rehabilitated by three members of the Contra Costa County (CA) Sheriff’s Office Friday morning.
Deputies went to the home at about 2200 hours on Thursday night to serve an arrest warrant alleging the now-dead guy had been molesting foster children. The as-yet unnamed dead guy, 49, walked out of his house holding a gun when the cops showed up. He then entered the house and refused to talk with the cops. Various family members who were present at the time evacuated the house leaving the perv there by himself.
SWAT showed up about 0300. Eventually they fired tear gas into the house. The now-dead guy exited the house thru a window, carrying a handgun. He refused to drop it and instead pointed it at the cops. They blasted his happy ass. He died at the scene, thereby saving the county the cost of a trial and the victims the bother of testifying.
