A murder suspect from the crime-ridden and gang-infested shithole of Oakland (CA) fled to the almost-as-badly crime-ridden and gang-infested shithole of Stockton self-rehabilitated as the local constabulary were closing in.
Leonard Williams, 55, of Oakland was staying at the Red Roof in just off of I-5 in Stockton when the cops and feds closed in on him. He was a suspect in the murder of a mother and son, Latrelle Parker, 48, and Ezra Glenn, 22, on MacArthur Blvd in Oakland several days ago.
As the good guys moved in they heard one gunshot from the room. As they entered they found Willliams dead and no other occupants of the room.
I think it is damn nice that he saved the state the cost of a trial.
