An interesting new law just took effect in the state of Tennessee, courtesy of SB1736.
Under Tennessee law the person who owns or controls premises may post it as being restricted from the carrying of concealed weapons. The new law makes the person who owns or controls the property civilly liable for the safety of persons on his premises, including safety from armed attack, if the property is in fact posted.
Could have some very interesting fallout.
