COPS STAGE THEIR OWN PROTEST IN MINNEAPOLIS

By Bob Walsh

Four cops working security at the WNBA Minnesota Lynx game walked off their off-duty private security jobs at the Target Center on Saturday in protest over the “Black Lives Matter” supporting warm-up shirts the players were wearing.

The President of the local Police Federation commended the officers for their action. Other officers have taken their names off the off-duty work list for these games in support of their fellows and in protest of the player’s actions.

The next game is this coming Friday against New York. It is unclear at this time if any MPD officers will be working the gig.
