I had no idea there were that many anti-vaccine psychopaths and conspiracy kooks in NorCal. A total of 77 of them have filed a recall petition against State Senator Richard Pan (who is also a medical doctor). The petition charges him with "high treason" and betrayal of the Hippocratic Oath he took as a medical doctor.
In order to get the recall onto the ballot the kooks must gather a total of 61,224 signatures in Senate District Six, which covers a large chunk of Sacramento and Yolo counties.
The same group went after Senator Pan in 2016. That attempt failed to qualify for the ballot.
I don't really have a problem in general with throwing a Democrap out of office. Big picture, that's a good thing. It would, however, be nice if the attempt had any chance whatsoever of going anywhere. It doesn't. The Reptile Men will put a stop to it with their mind control ray.
