Early Thursday morning two hold-up men in Virginia Beach, VA. found out that their chosen profession has some risks that come with it.
They two miscreants entered the 7-11, which was at the time occupied by at least one clerk and two customers. Both bad guys were armed. One of the customers, who was legally armed, whipped out his roscoe and engaged the bad guys, leaving one dead and one unlikely to survive. A third person (presumably a getaway driver) was taken into custody by the local constabulary outside the store.
For those in the "Go along and you won't get hurt" crowd, I would remind you that it is far from unknown for the bad guys to shoot witnesses.
