CONFLICTING VIEWS ON SUCCESS

Obama vs. Reagan

“There are no constraints on the human mind, no walls around the human spirit, no barriers to our progress except those we ourselves erect.” – Ronald Reagan, 1985

“If you’ve got a business, you didn’t build that. Somebody else made that happen.” – Barack Obama, 2012

Reagan sounded good, but minorities that live in poverty would have a hard time succeeding, even if they had no constraints on their minds, no walls around their spirit and no barriers to progress.

On the other hand, Obama is out of his ever-loving mind when he says that if you’ve been successful, you didn’t get there on your own. What an insult to the thousands of people who succeeded on their own. Obama's brain must have been stuffed full of shit by poverty pimps like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton.
