TAGGER PICKS WRONG WALL AT WRONG TIME

A police academy is not exactly the best place to do some illegal tagging.

A not very bright gang member with an incredibly bad sense of timing was arrested in the act of tagging inside the men’s head at the Sheriff’s academy in Whittier on Wednesday.

A Sheriff’s Lieutenant happened to go into the head to use the facilities and heard the sound of someone scratching on the walls inside one of the stalls. When he checked it out he found Jordan Trevor Lucas, 31, of Whittier, decorating the inside of the stall with a sharpie.

Lucas said he happened to cut across the grounds of the Sheriff’s academy and wasn’t aware there was anybody else there when he stopped in for some impromptu tagging. I guess he figures it would have been OK if he hadn’t been caught.

The moron was arrested for misdemeanor vandalism, which I figure will get him about 37 seconds in custody. He has a notice to appear for November 29.
