LAWLESS PROTESTERS NOW RULE THE DAY WITH IMPUNITY

1,500 police brutality protesters overran the Mall of America, preventing people from shopping and forcing some stores to close down, but only 25 were arrested

An estimated 1,500 protesters Saturday overran the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota. They prevented people from shopping and forced some stores to close down.

The protest was organized by Black Lives Matter Minneapolis, a group that is part of those protesting the deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner, and the failure of grand juries in Ferguson and New York to indict any cops for murder.

Many of the protesters shouted “While you’re on your shopping spree, black people cannot breathe.” Others shouted “Hands up, don’t shoot.”

While the protesters were peaceful, they were breaking the law by trespassing on private property and by preventing people from going to where they wanted to go.

It has come down to this. Very few arrests are made, even when some of the protesters break store windows, loot businesses and set buildings and cars on fire. And at the Mall of America, the Bloomington cops saw fit to arrest only 25 law breakers from among 1,500 unlawful protesters.

It’s a sad time in America now that lawless protesters rule the day with impunity.
