Hamilton County, TN. Sheriff's Deputy Daniel Hendrix was off-duty and celebrating his 26th birthday on Tuesday. He was celebrating with two off-duty female Chattanooga P D officers. He was drunk and for some unknown reason became agitated and pulled his weapon. He threatened the two women, who managed to exit the home and called 911.
Two Chattanooga P D officers responded and found Hendrix in his back yard, still armed, still drunk. He refused to drop his weapon and became more and more agitated. Eventually one of the P D officers shot Deputy Hendrix four times. Hendrix died.

Comply or die. You make the choice.
That's the trouble with being drunk. It tends to make you stupid.
