DailyMail.com can reveal the man who shot dead Garrrett Foster during a Black Lives Matter protest in Austin Texas is 33-year-old Daniel Perry.
Perry is a U.S. Army
sergeant and online posts reveal he is an ardent Trump supporter and a
fierce critic of the Democrats.
Last month he wrote about using 'deadly force' against 'the mobs' and posted online about how to kill someone with a firearm.
Austin police said they interviewed Perry who had turned
himself in after fleeing the scene and was later released claiming he
acted in self defense. Perry claimed he fired his handgun after Foster
pointed his assault rifle at his car.
Witnesses say Foster died trying
to protect his wheelchair-bound fiancee after a car drove at them.
EDITOR'S NOTE: I predict that Perry's tweets will get him charged with murder.

BGB, Stating an opinion by describing what you would do or what are going to do are two different things. I would like to make up my own mind. Where are the tweets?
I'll bet you $50 the Sgt. who turned himself in is never indicted or charged. Yes or No?
