India and Pakistan have been engaging in a fairly impressive artillery duel for the last couple of days, with the occasional missile thrown in.  While this might get a huge ho-hum from many people you should remember that both of these guys have nukes and they really hate each other.  

They have a long-standing dispute over the Kashmir province with no sign that either side is interested in settling it peacefully.  With luck cooler heads will prevail.  I know in the past the US has had some worries about the command-and-control over tactical nuclear weapons in the area.  All it needs is one area commander who has the ability and maybe even the authority to get stupid with a nuke and the world will be a different place.
