Brazen thieves crash car through jewelry store before stealing owner's gun in shocking smash and grab

The suspects used a Nissan Rogue to ram their way into the jewelry store.
Shocking video captured thieves using an SUV as a battering ram to raid a jewelry store in California, where they grabbed the owner's gun and ran off with roughly a $1million in jewels before crashing in their getaway cars.
Officers responded to Classic Jewelers in Anaheim on a commercial burglary call on January 23, around 2.30pm, where a group of eight suspects, all under 25, used a Nissan Rogue to break through the front entrance, according to the Anaheim Police Department.
'Eight to ten guys run in with masks, trash cans, and crowbars, hammers, and smash every showcase,' said store owner Ramcy Tabelo to Fox 11.
The owner said the thieves ran off with everything in the store within a minute, including his gun.
'My gun was on the table, they grabbed my gun, and at that point I thought I was going to get shot.'
Tabelo told KTLA that about $ 1 million in gold and jewelry was stolen.
Officials said the men fled in two separate Dodge Chargers, leaving the Nissan at the scene, which was later determined to be stolen.
Shortly after, police found one of the Chargers near East Street and the SR-91 Freeway.

Police said that without pursuing the vehicle, it approached Orangethorpe Avenue and was involved in a multi-vehicle traffic collision.
The four inside the car then tried to take off on foot but were apprehended.
A police chopper spotted the other Charger, which was also not being pursued, when it was involved in a multi-vehicle traffic collision near the intersection of Euclid Street and Malvern Avenue in Fullerton.
Police arrested two suspects from that car immediately after the collision and found two others shortly after hiding in the backyard of a nearby residence, as well as a handgun.
Police are trying to determine who the weapon belongs to, but they found several jewelry items at the site of both crashes.
Multiple motorists were transported to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the collisions, according to the press release.

Both vehicles were involed in multicollision accidents, despite not being pursued by police
Officials said they discovered several jewelry items at the site of both crashes.
The suspects have been identified as: 24-year-old Jose Andres Martinez-Colindres, resident of Inglewood; 23-year-old Leontrey Gipson, resident of Los Angeles; 23-year-old Deondre Jones, resident of Los Angeles; 20-year-old Tylaind Brown, resident of Compton; 20-year-old Khilen Toles, resident of Inglewood; 20-year-old Khamari Toles, resident of Inglewood; 19-year-old Latrell Mathews, resident of Los Angeles; 17-year-old male juvenile, resident of Los Angeles.
Every suspect, except the juvenile, was arrested and booked on suspicion of multiple felony charges pending review by the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
The juvenile was released to a guardian as the investigation continues.
Several videos of the shocking incident were uploaded by the owner, who was grateful that nobody was injured.
'We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming support from our community during this difficult time,' noted Tabelo.
'By God’s grace, no one was hurt. We are rebuilding, staying strong, and are officially back open for business. Thank you for standing with us — it truly means everything.'
The owner added that they were thankful for the overwhelming amount of prayers, messages, and kindness.
