The Chicago State's Attorney and good friend of Jussie Smollett, Kim Foxx, was nailed with a subpoena from a retired judge who wants a special prosecutor appointed to look into her handling (mishandling) of the Jussie Smollett case.
The I. G. is also looking into her operation. Her chief Ethics Officer and Chief Spokesman have bailed out on her since the Smollett case turned to crap.
Things just might be getting interesting for Ms. Foxx.
