The newest AVENGERS flick was the first movie in history to break $1 billion on it's opening. In fact some theaters opened at midnight on Thursday and ran 72 hours straight.
I have not seen it. Don't know if I will, at least not on the big screen. It is, however, a notable achievement and worthy of comment.
