Jimmy Carter and his neighbors will not be able to vote in the primary on March 24, because it is being put off until some time in May, due to the Coroanvirus.
Some of the states that are due to have their primaries this coming Tuesday are reporting much heavier than usual vote by mail and early voter turnouts.
