Tulsi Gabbard has suspended her presidential campaign and has endorsed Joe the Hairsniffer. Looks more and more like Howie is right and she is going to be Joe's #2.
EDITOR'S NOTE: Well, not exactly. I believe he will chose Amy Klobuchar because she will attract more voters in the key states that matter than Tulsi, or Kamel Harris, for that matter.
