Senile Joe The Hairsniffer was seen in public for the first in two months yesterday. He went out to lay a wreath on the grave of Sheriff Bull Connor. He wasn't able to do so. He got lost and fed it to a goat in a nearby field. The goat led him back to his car. And licked his legs. He tried to take the goat with him but it was smart enough to not get in the car with him.
