U. S. District Court Judge John L
Sinatra Jr. acted yesterday and issued a restraining order against New
York state with regards to their new and improved "we hate guns and gun
owners" laws. Specifically the judge ruled that the state can NOT issue
a blanket prohibition against the carrying of firearms on private
property in New York State.
Well, there is at least one U. S. District Court judge in New York that can read, reason and doesn't have his head up his ass.
