The U. S. Circuit Court of Appeals has just blocked the Trade Court order from last night saying that Trump can NOT set tariffs.  That means that Trump CAN block tariffs, at least until June 9 (except with the specific exemption of ANOTHER U. S. District Court in the matter of six specific plaintiffs who are toy importers whose primary trading partner is the ChiComs).  On June 9th there will be another hearing to look at the matter.
