Witkoff's framework published by Saudi outlet Al Arabiya

The Saudi news outlet Al Arabiya published a copy Thursday evening of the full ceasefire proposal brokered by Steve Witkoff. The plan includes six key clauses:

1.  60-day ceasefire will go into effect, with US President Donald Trump guaranteeing that Israel will adhere to it.

2. Ten living hostages and 18 coffins containing murdered hostages, out of the list of the 58 remaining hostages in total, are to be released in two phases: half on the first day, half on the seventh. Each phase will include five living hostages and nine deceased.

3. Humanitarian aid will immediately be allowed into the Gaza Strip. Distribution will be handled through agreed-upon channels, including the United Nations and the Red Crescent.

4. All Israeli military operations will cease. This includes a daily 10-hour pause in air activity, and a 12-hour pause on days when hostages are released.

5. On the first day, following the initial hostage release, the IDF will reposition in the northern Gaza Strip and at the Netzarim corridor. On the seventh day, following the second release, Israeli forces will redeploy to the southern Gaza Strip.

6. On the first day, negotiations under the auspices of mediators will begin toward a permanent ceasefire agreement. Discussions will address conditions for releasing the remaining hostages in exchange for an unspecified number of imprisoned terrorists, as well as issues related to further IDF redeployments and withdrawals. The talks will also cover long-term arrangements for the Gaza Strip, plans for postwar governance, and the official declaration of a permanent ceasefire.

EDITOR'S NOTE: Witkoff's plan will allow Hamas to survive, something Israel cannot allow.
