Some of you may remember the case of Owen Labrie. He was a graduating senior in 2012 at the prestigious and expensive St. Paul’s Academy in New Hampshire when he was arrested for a sexual encounter with a female underclassman. There was some difference of opinion as to what actually happened and how much consent was given. There was no doubt about the fact that the girl was under 18, Labrie was over 18, and he used a computer to lure the young lady to the encounter. That’s illegal.
He beat three of the most serious felony sex charges but was found guilty of one felony sex charge and three misdemeanors. He was sentenced to one year in jail, five years probation, and 3½ to seven years suspended on the remaining felony. He also has to register as a sex offender. He was allowed to stay out on bail pending appeal, with some significant restrictions.
One of those restrictions was a curfew, which he apparently cheated on regularly. Earlier Friday a judge ruled that Labrie, now 20, had in fact violated the terms of his release on bail and rolled him up to begin serving his one year sentence immediately.
I wonder how much fun a rich young white child molester will have in the slammer? My guess is not so much. Which bothers me not in the least.

This is why BLM and Move-On get pissed. Just like the Dallas area teen that killed others while DWI, they see this as white privilege. It's not though. It's deep pockets as in who can buy the best attorney ie: justice.
