STEINLE CAST IN THE HANDS OF THE JURY

Yes, the Steinle murder case is now in the hands of 12 people too stupid to get out of jury duty in the People's Republic of San Francisco. Murderous wetback and multiple felon Jose Ines Garcia Zarate may be convicted of manslaughter, second degree murder, or first degree murder depending on the mood of the jury. Hell, since he is an illegal alien and he only killed a straight white person he may get a walk from a S.F. jury. It's hard to say. (If he had killed a black transsexual he might have been lynched rather than arrested.)

The asshole SHOULD HAVE been deported (for the sixth time) three months earlier but S.F. kicked him loose rather than hold him for ICE because they are a Sanctuary City and want to feel special about themselves.

The assholes current story is that he found the gun wrapped in a t-shirt on the pier and it fired by itself when he picked It up. He then threw it into the bay and left the scene, as any solid wannabe citizen would do.

My guess (for what that may be worth to you ) is that he will be found guilty of second-degree murder. The bullet took a freak ricochet before striking Steinle so a reasonable case MIGHT be made that he did not deliberately target her. Of course the idea of a reasonable jury in S.F. is something of an oxymoron.
