A hack judge and financial supporter of Barack Hussein Obama has issued what may be a permanent injunction against the Trump administration, effectively preventing them from defunding sanctuary cities. (How the fuck can a judge order the federal government to give people money who are in violation of federal law?)
U. S. District Court Judge William Orrick III issued on order on Monday blocking Executive Order 13768, saying in part "Federal funding that bears no meaningful relationship to immigration enforcement cannot be threatened merely because a jurisdiction chooses an immigration enforcement strategy of which the President disapproves." (I thought the courts had repeatedly forbidden local jurisdictions to have an immigration policy, let alone one that is at odds with federal law. Maybe that is a one-way street, it is OK if it is more LIBERAL than federal law. It is only evil if it is more conservative than federal law.)
Trump announced his intention to appeal to the United States Supreme Court.
