It seems that this idea, radical though it is, is that people who have power (economic, professional or social) should not use that power to be abusive assholes. In this society at this time the powerful people are mostly liberal men and the victims are mostly women. So far a couple of major media people and a couple of mid-level to upper-level politicians have been bitten on the ass by their disgusting sexual proclivities.
Weinstein is toast. Rose is toast. Bocanegra (California politician) is toast. Franken may, or may not, be toast depending. Judge Moore is probably toast. It is POSSIBLE that Bill Clinton, and by extension Hillary Clinton, may be toast depending on how badly the Democraps want a clean slate from which to attack.
It is truly remarkable how many people have grown a conscience in the last few weeks. I wonder where that was at 20 years ago when the Clinton war room was attacking the multiple women that accused Bill of bad behavior, including felony criminal bad behavior. (Remember, it was perjury that brought Clinton sort-of down, not being a rapacious asshole.)
No matter which way it shakes out a breath of fresh air is a wonderful thing.
