Shawn Ford is a state representative from Chicago. He has proposed a
bill to outlaw the teaching of history in public schools in the state of
Illinois, because it is (in his opinion) all racist bullshit.
He
is also proposing a mechanism to allow the voters to remove the mayor
of Chicago by something other than the Anton Cermak route. Like maybe a
recall vote. So he isn't a complete psychopath. Just close.
