The Courtland Housing Authority
in New York state had a ban on any of its residents possessing any sort
of firearm in any of their residences for any reason whatsoever.
A
United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of New
York, Gleenn T. Suddaby, signed the order. It permanents enjoins the
Housing Authority and it's director, Ella M. Diiorio, from this clearly
unconstitutional bullshit and requires them to pay $150,000 in legal
fees for the plaintiff.
