Thursday SCOTUS announced that they were accepting the Donald Trump
birthright citizenship case. My guess, for what that might be worth to
you, is that it will not prevail at this time on this level. I believe
it will need changes in the law, followed up by a constitutional
amendment, to do the job.
But I could be wrong. Turns out it isn't as straight-forward as I thought it was.
EDITOR'S NOTE: It's in the U.S. Constitution. Leave it alone! And by the way, didn't Trump take an oath to uphold the Constitution?
