Wilbur Lee Jennings was 73-years old when he croaked Tuesday in the Sacramento County Jail. He was sentenced to death for four murders. He was undergoing trial for a fifth when he cashed out. His thing was raping and murdering young women and dumping their bodies in ditches alongside the road.
Good riddance and bon voyage to hell for this unlamented lump of excrement.

What was the cause of death ??? Whenever a prisoner dies in prison lots of questions need to be asked!
The authorities have devised a clever new method of executing prisoners silently, by withholding urgently needed medical care/medication required for injuries/illnesses sustained while incarcerated or for pre-existing medical conditions such as diabetes, etc. The Department of Corrections then simply announces that the prisoner died from 'natural causes' in prison, thus avoiding the impending legalized execution of the prisoner by the State.
