I watched the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (Golden Globe) awards last night. I do this mostly to see how many of the movies and TV shows nominated I have either never seen or never heard of. As usual, it was way over 50%. However I did learn something very useful.
For eight of the last nine years I was under the now-clearly mistaken belief that the denizens of Hollywood believed that the sun rose out of Barack Obama's ass every morning. I couldn't have been more wrong. It was actually Oprah's ass. My bad.
