Rolando Romero, 61, was a security guard at a public housing project in the People's Republic of San Francisco. He was about one hour until the end of shift early on July 2 and was sitting on a bench video chatting with his wife. Somebody walked up to him and shot him to death.
Cardell Mason Coleman Jr., 24, is in custody for the murder. The killing was captured on video and Coleman has admitted to the shooting and to hiding the gun.
