OK, so there is his idiot in a car in the parking lot at Chuck E Cheese in Vestavia Hills, near Birmingham on Saturday. He is changing his daughter's diaper. He reaches into the diaper bag and this loaded, cocked firearm that he just happens to have in the diaper bag (where maybe the cops won't search real good if they are stopped) goes off, firing a shot that goes thru the idiots leg, then thru the baby's leg, and lodges in the idiots chest. The idiot is in serious condition at the hospital. The baby is going to be fine.
Maybe I am just prejudiced against idiots with guns. That may be warping my perception here, but I can't help but think that there is something more to this story than is being presented here.
